Card purchase help and refunds

Each deck includes a phone-friendly PDF, one JPG per card, single-sided A4 and US Letter print sheets, and a Read Me with instructions and personal-use terms. The complete collection includes all eight decks. Files arrive in a ZIP archive.

Download the ZIP and extract or uncompress it using your device’s Files app or archive utility. Open the phone PDF in a PDF reader, or browse the Individual_Cards folder. For paper cards, choose the PDF matching your paper and print single-sided at Actual Size / 100%. Cut using the crop marks. Printed colors may differ from your screen.

Yes. An account is optional for purchase. After successful payment, use the download links on the order confirmation page. Save your order number and keep the confirmation link private. If you bought while signed in, your files are also available in My Account → Downloads.

The signup coupon is for a new shop account; it is not required to buy. Use the same email address as your account when redeeming its personal coupon.

For an account purchase, sign in and open Downloads. For a guest purchase, contact purchase support with your order number and checkout email. We will verify the purchase before restoring access. Never send card numbers, passwords, or your private download link.

Try a stable connection and enough free storage before downloading again. The complete collection is larger than a single deck. If a file still will not open, tell support your device, the filename, and the error message.

Contact purchase support about duplicate purchases, an incorrect charge, missing files, or files you cannot use. We will check the order and help restore access or replace a faulty file. If the files cannot be supplied or made usable, we will refund the affected purchase. Accidental duplicate purchases are refundable after verification.

Because these files can be kept after download, change-of-mind requests are reviewed individually rather than automatically approved. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Use the previews to check the content and design before buying.

Your purchase covers your own devices and printing for your own personal use. It does not include redistribution, resale, uploading to shared folders, or commercial or group distribution. Contact us if you need permission for another use.
