Meditation · Mindfulness · EnlightenmentEnlightened Anonymous / 3 A.M. Room
Awake with a busy mind?
You do not have to make yourself sleep or solve the whole night. This is a short, eyes-open pause you can leave at any point.
A small pause, right here
Let the room be as it is. You can keep your eyes open and choose one ordinary point of contact: a pillow, the bed beneath you, or a quiet sound.
Notice one thing you can name without changing it. If a thought arrives, you can say, “That can wait until daylight,” or simply return to the contact point.
When you have had enough, finish. Rest is allowed even if sleep does not come.
The pause is complete. You can close this page, rest, or choose another practice.
For another moment
If this is not a sleep moment, choose a practice for what is happening instead.
