A FOUR-MEETING READING PLAN

Meditation and Inner Freedom — Reading Group Kit

Read a little before each meeting. Make room for different interpretations, useful silence and the choice to pass.

A simple meeting rhythm

Allow about 40 minutes, adapting the pace to the group: 3 minutes to arrive, 7 to revisit the reading, 20 for conversation, 5 for quiet reflection and 5 to close.

For the facilitator

Invite people to pass, disagree or take a break. Ask before offering personal advice. Discuss ideas without asking anyone to disclose private experiences. Agree together what stays within the group; do not promise confidentiality on another person’s behalf.

Read the selected opening sample before each meeting. During the conversation, distinguish what the text says from your interpretation. Use the questions as invitations, not a test with correct answers.
